Our stay at the hotel was absolutely magical! The stunning views of Lake Saroma and the endless stars at night made for an unforgettable experience. The dining options were fantastic, particularly the seafood breakfast that was fresh and delicious. However, the room felt a bit stuffy at times and there were some minor fees at checkout that were unexpected.

The onsen was delightful, with an excellent atmosphere, and the breakfast was a real treat with the freshest seafood. However, the hidden onsen tax at checkout was a small surprise, and I would have preferred if the facilities were updated a bit more.
